Confetti Whopper is a dude who loves confetti poppers. So much so that he uses them for combat. But these are no ordinary party poppers; they're high-pressurized party poppers. Just one of them has enough pressure that, when released, can tear through entire cities. He was born with a rare condition that makes him shed his skin in the form of poisonous tinfoil, earning him the alternative nickname Arsenic Tinfoil from his cohorts in The Shame Squad.
